About Joseph
Joseph D. Foti, Jr. was admitted to the Connecticut Superior Court in 1985, Federal Court in 1986, and the U.S. Supreme Court in 2016. He graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1982 and Western New England College School of Law in 1985. He is a certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and a Municipal Police Trainer. Mr. Foti is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Waterbury Bar Association, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association (Board of Governors), and American Board of Trial Advocates. He limits his practice to plaintiff personal injury and professional malpractice litigation, and has tried over 100 cases to verdict. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyer since 2010.
