Joseph M. Preiser concentrates his practice in representing victims of auto crashes, falls, medical malpractice, and other complex personal injury litigation. He was trial counsel in Sabanovic v. City of Chicago, resulting in a $13.8 million verdict. He previously worked for 5 years in the Cook County State’s Attorney’s office, prosecuting over 600 trials. He is admitted to practice in Illinois, Wisconsin, and federal courts.
