Joshua Baer

Joshua Baer is an attorney at Simon & Simon, P.C., where he focuses his practice on personal injury litigation. Since 2001 Josh has represented over one thousand individuals, companies and organizations in all manners of state and federal casualty litigation, and he has successfully tried hundreds of cases before judges, juries and arbitration panels.
