Michael Simon has tried many jury trials and prosecuted numerous appeals since he commenced his legal career in 1971. Initially, he was a commercial litigator with Berger & Montague, representing plaintiffs in securities and antitrust class actions. From 1978-2006, Mr. Simon practiced on his own as a litigator, concentrating on plaintiffs’ motor vehicle, premises liability, product liability, and medical negligence actions.
