Judge Jonathan E. Silbert

Judge Jonathan Silbert’s practice is devoted exclusively to mediation and arbitration, and he is a member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals. He served as a Superior Court judge for 21 years, presiding over civil, criminal, and juvenile matters. Before his judicial career, he was a legal services attorney and in private practice. Judge Silbert has served on faculties for judicial education programs and chaired the Connecticut-Pskov Rule of Law Partnership.
