About Julissa

Julissa M. Proaño, Esq., is an Associate Attorney at the firm, supporting both English- and Spanish-speaking clients in personal injury, wrongful death, governmental official misconduct, and employment discrimination. She holds a B.A. from Stony Brook University (History, Political Science) and a Juris Doctor from CUNY School of Law. Ms. Proaño's legal career began as a Legal Assistant and Litigation Department Manager, gaining extensive experience before law school. She was a Judicial Intern at Queens County Supreme Court in 2016 and a Summer Extern in 2014. She is an active member of the Hispanic National Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.
