Kate Furek is an associate in the Albuquerque office. She represents employers in claims of wrongful termination, harassment, retaliation, discrimination, wage and hour disputes, and whistleblower claims. She is also trained in workplace investigations. Kate earned a B.A. in Gender & Women’s Studies from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, a Master of Public Administration from the University of Baltimore, and a J.D. from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. She is admitted to practice in Alabama and New Mexico.
