Katie M. Posewitz grew up in Rice Lake, Wisconsin and graduated from Rice Lake High School in 1997. From there, she attended University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire (B.A. 2003, summa cum laude). After working as a high school social studies teacher and paralegal, she attended University of Minnesota Law School (J.D. 2010, magna cum laude). She was admitted to Minnesota State Bar in 2010.
