About Kenneth
Ken Elwood has been a resident of Portage and Porter County, Indiana since the age of five. He graduated from Indiana University in 1991 from the Kelly School of Business with a B.S. and graduated from Valparaiso University School of Law in 1994. Attorney Elwood joined John Rhame in 1995 and became a partner with the firm of Rhame & Elwood, which was created in the year 2000. He has served as a Deputy Prosecutor and currently serves as a Porter County Chief Public Defender. He represents many institutional and governmental clients including NorthShore Health Centers, City of Portage, and Portage Township Schools. He concentrates his practice in personal injury, governmental representation, business and business litigation, and criminal law.
