Scott R. McClure

Scott R. McClure was born and raised in Northwest Indiana. He earned his B.A. Degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana, in 1998. He then attended the DePaul School of Law in Chicago, Illinois, and earned his J.D. in 2001. Attorney McClure became an Associate at the Law Office of Rhame and Elwood in 2001 and became a partner in 2017. He concentrates his practice in Municipal Law, Criminal Law, and Estate Planning.
