About Kenneth
Kenneth S. Beskin is an associate attorney with Fusco, Brandenstein & Rada, P.C. He graduated from Colgate University (Phi Beta Kappa, Magna Cum Laude, BA in 1970) and New York University School of Law (Juris Doctor). He was admitted to the Courts of the State of New York and the United States District Courts for both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He began his practice in Workers’ Compensation as a Judge for the New York State Workers’ Compensation Board, then as a private attorney. He also represented claimants for Social Security disability benefits and, since 2009, has focused on veterans’ disability compensation benefits, concentrating entirely on these matters since 2013. He performs extensive pro bono work.
