Kevin McDonald’s practice focuses on municipal property tax appeals. He has represented both taxpayers and municipalities, with responsibility for all aspects of tax appeal proceedings, including court appearances and drafting motions, pleadings, briefs and memorandums. He has also defended municipalities before the Somerset, Morris and Hudson County Boards of Taxation. Following law school, Kevin clerked for the Honorable Julie M. Marino, P.J.Cr. Prior to joining the firm, he practiced in Bergen County, handling municipal property tax appeals and general civil litigation, including consumer fraud, breach of contract, construction defect, Law Against Discrimination (LAD) and Conscientious Employee Protection Act (CEPA) claims.
