About Kevin

Kevin C. Johnson is a founding member of Johnson + Johnson Attorneys at Law whose primary focus is representing plaintiffs in serious personal injury litigation. He graduated law school with the highest honors, passed the South Carolina Bar in the top 1% nationally, and served as a Judicial Law Clerk. He has experience in complex civil litigation, including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability, animal attacks, business litigation, constitutional violations, probate and estate litigation, and professional negligence. He is a summa cum laude graduate of Charleston School of Law, a Presidential Honors Scholar, and finished in the top three of his class. He was an Articles Editor for the Law Review and authored a publication. He was also selected to the Moot Court Board and Trial Advocacy Board, winning awards for Best Oral Advocate and Best Direct Examination. He worked in the insurance industry, which inspired him to advocate for the injured.
