Kevin S. Shearer was elected the Russell County Attorney in 2010 and re-elected in 2014. He has worked extensively in prosecution cases for the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the citizens of Russell County, Kentucky. He also has broad knowledge and expertise in real estate, including but not limited to titles and deed preparation, contracts, and probate.
