Gail is a graduate of the University of Kentucky with a BA in history and political science and a JD from the University of Kentucky College of Law. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, Western and Eastern Federal District Courts of Kentucky and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals.
