Kevin T. Kearon is a founding partner at Barket Epstein Kearon Aldea & LoTurco, specializing in criminal defense matters in both Federal and State court, and representing individuals who have been wrongly arrested or convicted or who suffered injuries as a result of police misconduct or the use of excessive force. He has been a trial attorney for nearly 30 years, first as a prosecutor for 5 years. He successfully led the team which exonerated Cal Harris and Martin Tankleff. He has secured acquittals in a long list of cases from securities and mail fraud to murder and racketeering. He is a past president of the Nassau County Criminal Courts Bar Association and Nassau County Legal Aid Society, and a past board member of the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
