About Kipp
Kipp Mueller worked for President Barack Obama’s Department of Justice, Consumer Protection branch as a Law Extern before joining the Santa Clara District Attorney’s Office, Consumer Fraud unit as a Law Clerk. Soon thereafter, he joined Brent & Fiol, where today he handles employment cases, including but not limited to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and whistleblower cases, as well as personal injury, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury cases. Kipp is on the Board of Directors for the Consumer Attorneys of California and is a member of CAOC’s President’s Club. He is an active member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. He is also a registered lobbyist and fights for consumer rights.
