Kristen Walton, a Southern California native, is a seasoned attorney with over two decades of experience. She began her legal journey as a judicial law clerk and has since worked in various fields, including NASD securities arbitrations, commercial contract disputes, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, insurance bad faith, estate planning, and family law. Today, Kristen devotes her practice to advocating for individuals affected by personal injury accidents. Kristen earned her undergraduate degree from UC San Diego and graduated cum laude from California Western School of Law. Beyond her legal career, she is a passionate animal lover who enjoys caring for her dog and chickens and delighting in the diverse bird species that inhabit North County San Diego.
