About Sarah

Sarah Earnest is the paralegal and office manager at North County Injury Lawyers. Sarah is originally from northern Virginia and relocated to North County San Diego in 2003. She earned her B.S. in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Guilford College in 2001. Sarah has been working in the legal profession since 2003, starting as a Legal Secretary and Paralegal specializing in transactional and intellectual property matters. In 2008, her role expanded to include litigation support, with a focus on business and contract disputes. At North County Injury Lawyers, Sarah’s primary role is the in supporting the attorneys in handling cases related to personal injury, wrongful death, and nursing home abuse. She is deeply involved in every case that comes through the firm, working closely with our clients. Sarah is a licensed and bonded Notary Public and a member of the National Notary Association. She is also an active volunteer in Surf for CF, an annual “foamies only” surf team competition and free surf lessons for people living with cystic fibrosis. She also has been a member of the Junior League of San Diego since 2014, and particularly enjoys their volunteer opportunities and community outreach.
