About Kyle

Kyle earned his law degree from Lewis & Clark Law School where he focused his studies on complex civil litigation. During this time, Kyle worked as a law clerk for the Oregon Department of Justice in the Trial Division. He later learned his way around a courtroom when he externed for the Honorable Michael H. Simon in the United States District Court for the District of Oregon. After working in the federal court, Kyle joined Pickett Dummigan Weingart as a law clerk where he quickly found his passion for helping individuals wronged by another’s negligence-whether it be personal injury or the death of a loved one. Kyle hails from small-town Midwest America. His upbringing taught him to roll up his sleeves, take challenges head-on, and work with what is at hand to succeed. These lessons guide him when navigating the complexities of the law and determining how to achieve the best results for his clients. Kyle is client-centered, attentive, patient, and thoughtful. Kyle’s dedication to representing his clients comes from his sincere belief in the American civil justice system. He works diligently with his clients to achieve the best results for them.
