Kyle T. Pulis

About Kyle

Kyle T. Pulis is a partner at the Bell Law Group, PLLC. His practice focuses primarily on the representation of employers and employees in a broad range of employment-related matters including wage and hour violations, discrimination and harassment, retaliation and employment contracts. Kyle has represented clients in both federal and state courts and in administrative proceedings before the New York State Division of Human Rights, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and other administrative agencies. Kyle has experience in conducting all stages of employment-related litigation, including pre-suit investigation, drafting of pleadings, discovery, mediation/settlement negotiations, and dispositive motion practice, and trial. Kyle also has experience in representing employers in actions commenced by the United States and the New York State Departments of Labor, and in counseling employers on compliance with various state and federal laws, including the Fair Labor Standards Act, New York Labor Law, Title VII, and other state and federal laws. Since graduating law school, Kyle has focused exclusively on employment law.
