Robert Garmo graduated from the University of Michigan in 1988 and the University of Detroit, school of law in 1992. He passed the Michigan bar exam in 1992 and began practicing law in Detroit. In 1997, he moved to San Diego, passed the California bar exam, and has been practicing law as a partner of Garmo & Garmo LLP since. His primary areas of practice are Immigration Law and Commercial Real Estate. He is also a licensed real estate broker in California and previously served as president of the immigration branch of the San Diego County Lawyer’s Association.

Stephanie Hannosh, a San Diego native, was sworn in as an attorney at Aminpour & Associates in 2024 after passing the California Bar Exam. Her journey with the firm began in 2019 when she started as a legal assistant while completing her undergraduate studies at the University of California, San Diego. Stephanie graduated from California Western School of Law in December 2023, where she excelled in appellate advocacy, earning the prestigious Distinguished Advocate Award in the school’s William C. Lynch Appellate Competition which led to her participating in several appellate bootcamps during her time in law school, further honing her litigation skills. Fluent in Chaldean, Arabic, and English, Stephanie is a proud and active member of the Chaldean community. Her multilingual abilities allow her to connect with and support refugees and immigrants, a cause she passionately dedicates her time to within her local community.
