No aspect of this advertisement has been approved by the New Jersey Supreme Court. Michael has also argued before the New Jersey Appellate Division, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the New Jersey Supreme Court. In 2019 Michael prevailed in his argument before the New Jersey Supreme Court in State v. Fede, resulting in the Court vacating his client’s conviction despite it having been affirmed in three prior appeals. Prior to joining Price, Meese, Shulman & D’Arminio, P.C., Michael was a partner in a small practice in Newark, concentrating in personal injury, business formation and representation and criminal defense.
