Mary earned her Juris Doctor from University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana, and her Bachelor’s degree from Quincy University with majors in Political Science and Japanese. Mary has a broad range of experience which includes estate planning, residential real estate and civil litigation in the areas of employment, estate disputes and construction. Mary currently focuses her practice on estate planning, probate and real estate, and especially enjoys working with clients to ease the challenges that they face as they negotiate difficult life transitions.

As our Social Media Marketing Manager, he excels at crafting compelling content and building genuine connections with our online community. A self-taught graphic designer and video editor for over 10 years, Matthew brings creativity and expertise to everything he does. In his free time, he enjoys playing the drums, speaking Japanese, indulging in video games, and collecting LEGO. His dedication to both his work and his passions makes him a valuable and engaging member of the Moxie Law Group team.

Scott is a start-up attorney with substantial experience dealing with new technologies. Also significant in-house legal experience. Focus on patent licensing, internet and emerging technologies. Have worked in financial services and M&A. 12 years of experience living and working in Japan.
