Recent results include Minh and Belinda obtaining a $6 million settlement in 2018 for a young woman who sustained a brain injury in a truck versus automobile crash, and a $4 million settlement in 2017 for a man who was injured in a construction site incident. She attributes her passion for helping injured people to having lost her parents at a young age under tragic circumstances. In March of 2019, California State Assembly member for the 70th District, Patrick O’Donnell selected Belinda as a 2019 Woman of Distinction for having made a significant contribution and meaningful impact in the community and recognized her along with other honorees in her hometown of Long Beach. Hunter Riches

Outside of work, Hunter is passionate about fitness, particularly weightlifting and wrestling, and loves spending time with his family. His favorite vacation activity is scuba diving, and he enjoys constantly learning something new.

Mr. Roeuth Sam founded this firm after working for one of the biggest plaintiff’s personal injury firms in California. For the past 18 years, Mr. Sam represented over a thousand injured clients. Vitthara Tan is licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of California. He holds a J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law (1997) and a B.A. in Business Management from California State University Fullerton (1992), where he served as student body president.
