About Vitthara
Vitthara Tan is licensed to practice law in all courts in the State of California. With almost 30 years of experience since entering private practice in 1997, he has built a reputable name in the community. He holds a J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law (1997) and a B.A. in Business Management from California State University Fullerton (1992), where he served as student body president. Prior to law school, he worked as an insurance adjuster and as a judicial extern for the Immigration Court. Mr. Tan is a Cambodian-American lawyer fluent in Cambodian (Khmer).
