Nathan Henshaw is licensed to practice law in Alaska and Utah and is the founder of Henshaw Law. He actively litigates throughout the State of Alaska, and his practice areas include: Business Law, Family Law, Criminal Defense, Appeals, and other transactional and litigation matters. He graduated from the University of Utah Law School in 2019. During Law School, Nathan was a member of the Jessup International Law Moot Court Team, receiving the best brief award in the intermountain Region. He also completed a fellowship at the University of Oxford in 2018 (Institute for Ethics, Law and Armed Conflict). Nathan received a scholarship to intern for the Jordanian Government (Ministry of Social Development) in Amman, Jordan in 2017 where he also studied Arabic. Nathan completed his undergraduate studies at Utah State University and received degrees in Economics (BA) and International Business (BS) in 2013. During his time at Utah State University, he received a scholarship to live in a rural village in Ghana, where he taught business development classes and distributed micro-loans to aspiring entrepreneurs. Upon completing his undergraduate studies, he worked for Goldman Sachs in their Private Wealth Management Division. As a 19-year-old, he lived in Norway for two years where he fell in love with the topography, and then turned his interest to living in Alaska. He speaks Norwegian fluently, and Arabic functionally. Mr. Henshaw spends his free time exploring the outdoors, traveling, reading, and enjoying time with his family.

Fredrik Kirkhaug graduated from Missouri State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance in 2017. He then attended the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law and graduated with a J.D. in 2021. While in law school Mr. Kirkhaug interned at the Greene County Prosecuting Attorney's Office where he worked on legal research, motions, and hearings associated with various criminal cases. After graduation, Mr. Kirkhaug sought to expand his knowledge in criminal law, and he started his employment with the Christian County Prosecuting Attorney's Office where he handled cases ranging from misdemeanors to class A felonies. In March of 2023, Mr. Kirkhaug left the Christian County Prosecuting Attorney's Office and joined the Law Office of Stuart P. Huffman to pursue his interest in criminal defense.

Raymond K. Berg
Chicago, IL
Raymond Berg was born in 1931 in Duluth, Minnesota. He graduated first in his class from DePaul University law school and pursued post-doctorate studies in International Law at Cambridge University. He served as an Assistant United States District Attorney, prosecuting organized crime and doing anti-trust work, achieving 35 consecutive criminal convictions. He was the first director of the Federal Defender Program in Chicago, a program initiated at the request of President John F. Kennedy and U.S. Attorney General Robert Kennedy. Later, as Chief Judge of the Traffic Court, he instituted tough DUI laws and new practices to combat corruption, earning the Chicago Traffic Court the title of “Best Traffic Court in the Nation” and receiving the American Bar Association’s “Judges Award”. He then presided over major class action lawsuits in the Chancery Division. Raymond was tragically killed on July 4, 1979, leaving behind his wife and six children, including Peter and John Berg, who continue his legacy.
