Ben is an Associate Attorney in the Chicago office, primarily practicing in the areas of asbestos and toxic tort defense. Before joining the firm, Ben worked in the transactional space, focusing on private fund formation. He holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Illinois Chicago (UIC), where he graduated first in his class.

Anna Boudakova, Esq is a Senior Associate at Avenue Law Firm and manages the firm’s residential real estate department. She represents clients with purchase and sale of all types of properties including coops, condos, townhouses, houses and new developments. Anna has over 15 years of experience, having started as a paralegal in a real estate law firm in 2005, where she quickly acquired passion for law and legal work. She went on to pursue a legal career after graduating Cum Laude from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 2011. Prior to joining Avenue Law Firm, Anna has worked as an attorney for the New York City Law Department and as a principal attorney at her own law practice. Whether you are buying, selling or refinancing your home, utilizing her interpersonal and language skills, her ambitious nature, as well as her knowledge and experience, Anna will help you through the various phases of the process, and bring the deal to a closing.

Steve Rubinshteyn heads the firm's landlord-tenant litigation department with over 25 years of experience in landlord-tenant and general civil litigation. His family immigrated from the former Soviet Union.

After receiving his Bachelor's degree from Bentley University, Michael studied at the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law. He received his Juris Doctorate in May of 2023 and is currently licensed to practice law in Illinois. Michael has been affiliated with our firm as a summer associate, and now as an Associate Attorney.

Jenny Osipov is a certified paralegal from Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, North Carolina. Before joining Semirog Law Firm, pllc, she worked at the Union County District Judges’ office, managing caseloads and assisting with legal research. She currently resides in Charlotte with her husband and two sons.

James H. Dawdy

James H. Dawdy, III holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New Mexico School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. He is a Nationally Registered Paramedic with over 25 years of experience. He was appointed to the Intrastate Mutual Aid Committee by the New Mexico Governor in 2018 and served on the ABA's Central Europe and Eurasia Law Initiative Council. Since joining Vrdolyak Law Group, he has obtained verdicts of $6 million and $2.8 million, and successfully negotiated multiple 7-figure confidential settlements. He speaks fluent Russian and Esperanto.

Kathy Bacenet is a New York transplant who moved to the Lehigh Valley in 2019. She previously handled probate and estate administration in New York Surrogate’s Courts and real estate transactions. Fluent in Russian, Kathy currently serves on the Board of the Estate Planning Council of the Lehigh Valley.

Elina Khutoryansky

Elina Khutoryansky, Esq. is one of the founding members of Affinity Injury Law. A graduate of Temple University in Philadelphia, Elina attended Delaware Law School for her law degree before returning to Temple to receive her Masters in Business Administration and an additional Masters Degree. Elina has worked for some of the largest corporations in the United States prior to joining Affinity Injury Law. The daughter of a truck driver, she understands how accidents can alter the life of an entire family. An immigrant from Ukraine, Elina speaks English, Spanish, Russian, and Ukrainian. She is passionate about trial work and her commitment to her clients.

Tatyana Romanova is a Paralegal with a bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University at Albany and a certificate in paralegal studies. She has been a paralegal since 2014. Originally from Russia, she previously worked at Holmberg Galbraith Law Firm in Ithaca, New York. She is fluent in English and Russian.

Roxanna Klymkevych

Roxanna Klymkevych joined Rosenberg & Rodriguez in January of 2022 as a Legal Assistant. She obtained a Master of Law (LL.M.) degree with honors in 2018 from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv and a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (PhD) in Law from Lviv State University of Internal Affairs. She previously worked as a Lecturer and a consultant. She is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian and conversant in Polish.

Valeria Podusov joined Rosenberg & Rodriguez, PLLC as a legal intern in June of 2020 and is now a paralegal. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in December of 2021 and her Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice from Berkeley College in 2017. She is fluent in Russian.

Svetlana Lolua, SCP-SHRM, joined Chapman Law Group in May 2022 as Office and HR Manager, bringing extensive experience in human resources and office administration. She holds a Paralegal Certificate and an A.A. in Business from City College of San Francisco, and graduated cum laude with a B.S. in International Business and a B.A. in Criminal Justice from San Francisco State University. A member of Alpha Gamma Sigma and Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Societies, she earned her SHRM Senior Professional Certification (SCP-SHRM) in 2016. Originally from Kiev, Ukraine, she is fluent in Ukrainian and Russian and is deeply committed to civic engagement.

Eva Tomaskova joined the Wills and Estate Planning department at Langley Wellington in February 2023. In the Wills and Estate Planning department at Langley Wellington, Eva works on many cases, including Wills, Inheritance Tax Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Deputyship orders, elderly client matters, Estate Administration and Trusts. Eva has a master’s degree in Political Sciences and a bachelor’s degree in Russian language and literature from Masaryk University in the Czech Republic. Before joining Langley Wellington, Eva worked in a London-based law firm. She has been working in the legal industry for over seven years now, and is working towards qualifying as a Legal Executive via the CILEX route.
