Spanish-Speaking Attorneys

Lori Mendoza is a Limited License Legal Technician (LLLT) specializing in Family Law, and is bilingual in Spanish. She graduated from Othello High School, received an AAS in paralegal studies and AA in general studies from Columbia Basin College, and a Bachelor of Art’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science from Washington State University in 2015. She became a certified paralegal through NALA in 2017. She is also a Rule 6 Law Clerk since April 2016, studying for admission to the Washington State Bar as an attorney. Lori received the Gene Schuster Award in 2022 for her volunteer work with the legal aid society.

Andrew A. Sexton

He participated in the California Western School of Law's Law Review Journal, publishing work on student loans. Nancy E. Lucianna is a proud second-generation trial attorney. She apprenticed under her father, Frank P. Lucianna. She formed her own law firm in 1997 and has gained extensive experience in criminal and civil litigation. She has tried almost every kind of criminal case and a wide variety of civil cases for 39 years in New Jersey’s State-Federal courts, and also practices in New York and the United States Virgin Islands.
