Fascinated by both medicine and law, she has worked on workers' compensation cases with Mr. Levy since 2000. While working full time as a Hearing Representative with Guy Levy Law, Marlyn completed the law office study program at Guy Levy Law and is now one of our proud attorneys ready, willing, and able to advocate for her clients. Robert Reategui-Gallegos is a member of the firm's civil practice group, where he handles various civil litigation matters. He received his Bachelor of Arts from Montclair State University in 2015 and his Juris Doctorate from UIC School of Law in 2019. During law school, Mr. Reategui-Gallegos served as an Associate Justice in the Moot Court Honors Program, and served as a Senior Editor for the law school's newspaper, The Decisive Utterance. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Reategui-Gallegos worked as a law clerk for a solo practitioner in Chicago, Illinois, where he assisted with conducting research, drafting memorandums, and drafting pleadings for the firm. Mr. Reategui-Gallegos also served as a Hearing Officer for unemployment claims in Texas during the COVID-19 pandemic, where he drafted decisions to determine claimant eligibility. Mr. Reategui-Gallegos most recently served as a mediator for landlord-tenant matters in the Passaic County Superior Court, where he conducted settlement conferences and prepared cases to be reviewed prior to trial.

A proud New Orleans native, Carlos brings both Southern charm and cosmopolitan experience to Hepworth Legal. He moved to Salt Lake City in 2016 in pursuit of love and opportunity-finding the former in a Utahn and the latter in the state’s flourishing film and legal industries. Before joining Hepworth Legal, Carlos built a wide-ranging résumé that includes work with Trader Joe’s, Intermountain Health, the Utah Department of Public Safety, and the Midvale Justice Court. His professional journey reflects both versatility and a deep commitment to public service. Today, he channels that experience into a diverse legal practice encompassing family law, criminal defense, immigration law, and multi-district civil litigation. In May 2025, Carlos was admitted to the Utah State Bar, and in September, he was admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Utah. Carlos earned his Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University’s Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he clerked for the Chief Justice of the Louisiana Supreme Court and helped secure asylum for two international students facing persecution abroad. He completed his Bachelor of Arts at New York University’s College of Arts & Sciences, where he received a competitive scholarship that enabled him to study in Florence, Dublin, and Madrid. Outside the courtroom, Carlos stays connected to his creative roots-catching up with his actor friends, collecting Magic: The Gathering cards, and proudly recalling his appearance as a contestant on Jeopardy!. Bruce M. Franson

Bruce is a dedicated attorney whose primary goal is fair compensation for injured people. After graduating from the University of Utah with a bachelor’s degree in English and a minor in Spanish, Bruce realized that his degree didn’t serve him very well in the real world. He decided to give law school a shot. He scored in the top 1% of the nation on the LSAT and received a scholarship to attend law school at Brigham Young University. There, he was an editor for the Journal of Public Law, President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, and in his second year won the annual Intraschool Negotiation Competition. In the ensuing decades of practice, Bruce has represented various clients from large corporations all the way down to children, but finds the greatest satisfaction in representing individual people.
