She is a Lambda Epsilon Chi National Society graduate. Rosemary is bilingual (Spanish), and a North Carolina Certified Paralegal with a background in family law, immigration, and civil litigation. Rosemary moved to Charlotte, NC ten years ago. She lives here with her husband, Joseph, and their daughters: Jianna and Joslyn. Rosemary enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her friends and family.
