Albert J. Ferrera is a native of Tampa, Florida. He earned his B.A. in American History from the University of South Florida in 1994 and his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 1997, being admitted to the Florida Bar on Sept. 24, 1997. He has a distinguished 11-year tenure in nursing home defense before joining Morgan & Morgan, where he now focuses on nursing home abuse. He is bilingual in English and Spanish, enabling him to assist Spanish-speaking residents in Tampa. He is admitted to the Florida Bar Association, U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, and Middle Districts of Florida, the 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
