Sean Modjarrad is the Managing Shareholder and founder of MAS Law. He has a diverse litigation history of more than 675 cases in Texas courts and more than 100 cases in federal courts. He has dedicated his life to fighting for justice and providing a voice for the voiceless. Sean has been an integral part of many high-profile cases through his career. For example, he played a significant role in the 2006 Good vs. The City of Irving and Detective Curtis suit in which a new law was enacted by the Fifth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals from Mr. Good being wrongfully accused of burglary of habitation with intent to commit theft, rape, and sexual abuse. He is admitted to practice in the State of Texas, Federal Court for the Northern District of Texas, Federal Court for the Eastern District of Texas, Federal Court for Western District of Texas, and Federal Court for Fifth Circuit. Sean earned his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. Prior to that, he received his Master of Accountancy and MBA from Brock School of Business at Samford University and his B.S. in Accounting from the University of North Texas. Sean’s legal work has won him several prestigious awards and distinctions. He has been selected to Super Lawyers (2014-2025), effectively ranking him in the top 5 percent of lawyers in Texas. Furqan Mohammed

Furqan Mohammed is a Founder and Partner at Mohammed, Shamaileh & Tabahi, LLC (“MST Law”), and focuses his practice almost exclusively in the areas of personal injury (vehicle accidents, slip-and-falls, and dog bites), medical malpractice, and wrongful death, with a special emphasis on cases that involve commercial transportation, such as taxis, rideshare drivers, food delivery (gig) workers, and commercial carriers. Farhana acquired her J.D. degree from the UIC John Marshall Law School. While in law school, Farhana served as President of the Corporate Law Association, Vice Chair of Diversity Affairs Committee, Student Bar Association and Treasurer of the Middle Eastern Law Student Association. Prior to joining MST Law, Farhana worked in-house at a commercial real estate investment firm where she assisted the firm acquire, manage and sell real estate assets.

Kiran Najeeb

Kiran Najeeb is a Senior Associate at Rosenberg & Fayne, known for building strong client relationships and zealously advocating for their cases. She has experience in million-dollar settlements and complex negotiations. Kiran earned her J.D. from the University of Baltimore and her B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park. She is a Super Lawyers Rising Star for 2020 and 2021 and is fluent in Urdu, Hindi, and Punjabi.

Inderraj Singh

Inderraj was born and raised in Punjab, India, and relocated to Los Angeles, California. He served in the United States Air Force, earning several awards. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in legal studies from American Military University and then studied law at Pepperdine University School of Law, where he also specialized in dispute resolution at Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution. He received the CALI award for Selected Issues in Dispute Resolution and Products Liability. Admitted to the California Bar in 2019. He also serves as General Counsel for the Guru Angad Darbar Khalsa School pro bono.
