Lauren H. Kramer

Lauren is a partner in the Milwaukee office. Her primary practice is worker’s compensation defense. She represents insurance carriers and self-insured employers in all areas of defense including primary compensation hearings, mediations, appellate processes, and third party liability cases. She also represents insurance carriers and employers with regards to penalty claims including bad faith, safety violations, and unreasonable refusal to rehire claims.
