About Lem

Lem Garcia founded Lem Garcia Law in 2014. He holds a journalism degree from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona and a law degree from Western State University College of Law in Fullerton, where he was a member of the law review and graduated in the top 20 percent of his class. He is dedicated to providing honest advice, personal service, and results, serving the West Covina community and surrounding areas. He is married to Therese and has two daughters, Josephine and Simone.
