Therese B. Garcia joined Lem Garcia Law in 2016. She has extensive advocacy experience, including working with low-income, elderly, and disabled individuals, and as a staff attorney in a legal aid office in San Bernardino, CA. She earned a bachelor’s degree in sociology, cum laude, from Bryn Mawr College and a law degree, cum laude, from the University of the District of Columbia David A. Clarke School of Law.
