About Leonard
Co-Founding Partner, Leonard M. Cascone, is an accomplished trial attorney who concentrates in the areas of liability defense and has extensive experience with construction accidents involving New York’s Labor Law, wrongful death claims, harassment and discrimination claims, products liability and high-exposure motor vehicle/trucking accidents. He is admitted to practice in New York and the United States District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Cascone lectures on Labor Law, liquor liability, automobile liability and premises liability for the New York State Bar Association. He has also lectured at the annual convention of the Buffalo Claims Association. Mr. Cascone is a member of the New York State, Nassau County and Suffolk County Bar Associations as well as the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Cascone is a member of the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Cascone received his undergraduate degree from St. John’s University in 1991 where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a 4.0 average and was Valedictorian of his class. Mr. Cascone earned his Juris Doctorate degree from St. John’s School of Law in 1994.
