Lisa Poch, Esq. joined the firm in 2007. She is an experienced trial lawyer whose practice is focused on representing people who have been seriously injured in motor vehicle accidents, workplace accidents, slip and falls, and other mishaps. Ms. Poch also has a wealth of criminal experience, trying cases and representing the accused in local, city, and county courts for over a decade. She currently serves as Town Attorney for the Town of Evans, New York. Ms. Poch has achieved great success at trial on even the toughest cases, recovering significant sums of money for her clients on cases where the insurance company was not willing to offer a penny. She is admitted to practice in all of the Courts of the State of New York, as well as the United States District Court for the Western District of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals. She has argued appeals before the New York State Appellate Division, New York State Court of Appeals, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. She has also handled matters before the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and New York State Division of Human Rights. Lisa and her husband, Jason, reside in Hamburg with their three children. They enjoy traveling, volunteering, and cheering on the Buffalo Bills!
