About Tiffany

Tiffany M. Kopacz, Esq. joined the firm as an attorney in 1999. For more than two decades, Ms. Kopacz has worked on behalf of injured individuals to ensure that they receive caring, effective, results-driven representation. A tenacious advocate, she fights for the just results our clients deserve, including writing and arguing appeals when necessary. With her keen intellect and ability to formulate legal arguments in complicated cases, she has been instrumental in the firm’s efforts to obtain millions in compensation for our clients over the years. In addition to her work as a personal injury attorney, Ms. Kopacz also maintains an active guardianship practice (Article 81), which includes court appointments to serve as court evaluator, attorney for individuals alleged to be incapacitated and guardian for persons determined to be incapacitated under the law. Ms. Kopacz has extensive experience negotiating difficult legal scenarios, even in the most contested and sensitive of cases. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, especially watching them play travel baseball and club volleyball at Niagara Frontier (NFVB).
