M. Dylan O’Reilly is a shareholder and Director in Miller Stratvert P.A.’s Santa Fe office. He received his B.A. from Oberlin College in 1995 and his J.D. from the University of New Mexico School of Law in 1999. He handles commercial transactions (loan documentation, secured transactions, real estate, leases, business purchases/sales) and litigation (partnership disputes, creditors’ rights, foreclosures, bankruptcy, collections). He also serves as a neutral mediator. He was appointed to the New Mexico Board of Bar Examiners in 2020 and elected as a Bar Commissioner for the New Mexico State Bar starting in 2025.
