Maggie McCarthy graduated Cum Laude from Marquette University Law School, where she received the Thomas More law Scholarship and the CALI Award for Business. She gained valuable experience in family law at "Your Family Law Center" and Hetzel Law Office, covering various aspects including divorce, paternity, child placement, custody, child support, guardianship, adoption, termination of parental rights, and relocation. She is also a certified guardian ad litem. Maggie interned with Judge Jeffery Conen in Milwaukee County, gaining insight into judicial decision-making, and worked at the Milwaukee County District Attorney's office, drafting criminal complaints and analyzing criminal cases. Her expertise spans both family and criminal law.
