Mark A. Milano graduated from Boston College in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Theology, Summa Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa. He graduated tenth in his class from University of Connecticut School of Law in 1985. He served as law clerk to Associate Justice Angelo G. Santaniello at the Connecticut Supreme Court from 1985-86.
