Mark A. Rosser

Mark A. Rosser, a native of Knoxville, is a 1975 graduate of the University of Tennessee and a 1978 graduate of the University of Tennessee College of Law. He served four years as house counsel for a Knoxville lending institution and then spent over twenty years in private law practice concentrating on real estate, probate, representing lenders in commercial loan transactions and general commercial matters.
