Maurice K. Guinn

Maurice Guinn grew up in Erwin, Tennessee. He graduated from the University of Tennessee in 1974, after serving two years in the United States Army. In 1977, he graduated from University of Memphis School of Law. While there, he served as the Associate Comments Editor on the University of Memphis Law Review and was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award in Constitutional Law. Mr. Guinn worked with the Office of General Counsel for the United States Department of Agriculture in Little Rock, Arkansas from 1978-1982.
