Mark L. Simpson earned his B.S. in Criminal Justice from Old Dominion University (1987) and his Juris Doctorate from Regent University School of Law (1994). He previously served as a police officer for the Portsmouth Police Department and as an Assistant District Attorney for North Carolina's 2nd Prosecutorial District. He has worked for Dr Ted Injury Law since January 2001, handling personal injury cases including traffic wrecks, major truck wrecks, and premises liability, and also practices South Carolina Worker’s Compensation Law. He is licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and the District of Columbia (inactive), and in federal courts including the Middle and Western Districts of North Carolina and the South Carolina United States District Court, as well as the Cherokee Supreme Court.
