Mark T. Hurt

Mark Hurt is a native Bristolian who obtained his undergraduate degree from University of Virginia. He obtained his law degree from Duke University, graduating in the top ten percent of his class. Prior to returning to the Tri-Cities, Mark practiced with large litigation law firms in Dallas, Texas, and Washington, D.C. Mark has extensive litigation experience, including trying cases in front of a jury, and arguing appeals, in Virginia, Tennessee and federal courts.
