P. Heith Reynolds, also known as Heith, is originally from Wise County, Virginia, and has deep roots in the Appalachian region. He attended J.J. Kelly High School before graduating summa cum laude from Clinch Valley College of the University of Virginia, where he was a member of the Darden Society and played on the men’s basketball team. He went on to earn his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
