About Maryjo
Maryjo devotes a substantial portion of her time serving the needs of individuals in divorce and family law. She is a 25-year trial attorney with experience resolving issues through negotiated settlement or trial. Before moving to Colorado in 2007, she was a partner at a large Buffalo, New York, law firm. She has successfully tried cases in state and federal court throughout New York State and Colorado, defending ski areas, recreational facilities, rental car companies, doctors, hospitals, police officers, and municipalities. She has also advised ski resorts on operations and speaks on risk management issues for groups like the National Ski Areas Association and Colorado River Outfitters Association. Maryjo works with Trialrun as an educator and trainer, teaching deposition techniques to counsel for the United States Navy and evidence programs for the Securities and Exchange Commission. She is married to Steven M. Zweig and they have six children between them, splitting their time between Colorado and Buffalo offices.
