Matthew Wisecup

Matthew A. Wisecup was born on December 7, 1982. He is a 2001 graduate of Oak Hill High School in Oak Hill, Ohio, where he was class valedictorian. Matthew obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, where he earned a double major in Political Science and Spanish. While at Ohio University, Matthew was inducted into the Phi Beta Kappa Society and was a member of the Leona and Lewis Hughes Manasseh Cutler Scholars Program.
