R. Stephen McGinnis

Stephen McGinnis graduated from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky in 1991 with a Bachelor's of Arts in Government and History. He graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law in 1994. After receiving his education, Stephen moved back to Greenup and began practicing. He is admitted to practice in all courts of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, the Eastern Federal District of Kentucky, the 6th Circuit Court of Appeals, all courts in the state of West Virginia and the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals.
